Our Beginning

This is a very exciting time for Cara and me!  We've just set up this Foundation, and we're ready to make a positive impact in Hawaii!

Our Foundation started as a way to "pay it forward."  Through the years, we've been very fortunate to have received so much support from family members, friends, teachers, and even complete strangers!  Now that we're done with school (for now), it's time for us to help the next generation of Hawaii to achieve their goals.  

Our Foundation envisions a Hawaii, where today’s youth are engaged, knowledgeable of the issues affecting our islands’ communities, and equipped to make a positive change.  As a way to work towards our vision, we intend to establish a scholarship for talented high school students to attend college.  We also plan to create a fellowship program to encourage high school students to pursue higher education and to develop leadership skills.  

We're thankful for all the support and interest we've received thus far.  This is only the beginning!  Stay tuned!
