We want to help our participants advance in their careers. This information will also be helpful as we try to match your mentor.
What else will you be doing this summer?

We purposefully designed the program to allow you to maintain a full-time internship or job while participating in the program. However, please keep in mind that you will still be expected to attend all program events and team meetings and dedicate roughly 10-20 hours per week.

Team leaders work closely with the program leadership team to ensure that their teammates are organized, accountable, and on track to complete the project. This is an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills, but it will require you to be available for weekly meetings and put in extra time to lead your team.
